Our goal is to teach our youth to set positive goals and achievable career and educational plans.
We teach our youth the value and importance of being leaders.
We also teach students the principles of smart money management and good work ethics.
Through the duration of this program, students will learn job training skills such as resume building, college prep, social media marketing, and more.
In the job training program, students must complete 5 phases to graduate.
Once a week all students, sponsors teachers, and parents will meet to award level advancements.
Once a month all students, sponsors, teachers, and parents will meet to award completed phases to participants in the job training program.
Student(s) still attending academic courses must have all teachers and parents signed approval,
To further ensure that all students are actively participating in all academic studies this program will last 25 weeks.
